Lane4 Rolls Out Senior Living Brand with Two KC-Area Builds

Lane4 Property Group launched construction on two sites within the Kansas City metro area for its newest independent senior living development concept, Novel Place. They’re located in Overland Park, KS and Blue Springs, MO.

“Novel Place is setting a new standard for affordable, yet convenient, independent senior living,” said Lane4 partner Hunter Harris. “Future residents will have access to more amenities without having to break their bank.”

Each location will feature 134 apartments in a three-story building with a variety of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans.

Omaha-based NewStreet Properties LLC has joined Lane4 as investment partners for both Novel Place locations. Academy Bank will provide financing for Novel Place of Blue Springs, and Security Bank will provide financing for Novel Place of Overland Park.

A summer 2020 opening is expected for both locations.
