Landsea Makes Key Promotions in NYC Development

Landsea Homes promoted Kevin Murray and Thomas Parker to VP of development and director of construction, respectively, for the New York metro division. The promotions occur soon after Landsea unveiled plans for its second Manhattan project, a boutique condominium development at 540 Ave. of the Americas.

Prior to joining Landsea, Murray oversaw the construction and development of 1,000 apartment units at the Hanover Company in Boston. Parker brings over a decade’s experience in construction supervision to his new role.

“As Landsea Homes’ New York metro division continues its rapid growth and approaches significant project milestones, we decided it was the appropriate time to shift our leadership structure and recognize the efforts of our dedicated team members,” said COO Michael Forsum.

“We’re fortunate to have strong talent who possess extensive industry knowledge and experience and share our unwavering commitment to sustainability,” he added.
