Landsea Buys 85 Acres, Plans Ontario Ranch Residential Development

Connect Inland Empire returns to the Ontario Convention Center on October 24th. Get more information about the conference and register to attend on this link.

Irvine, CA-based Landsea Homes acquired roughly 85-acres of land in Ontario, CA with plans to build its first residential community in San Bernardino County. The new community is slated to include 432 homes within four communities, surrounded by several family-oriented amenities including a community pool, dog park, tot lot and expansive open space for gatherings.

Landsea Homes’ Tom Baine says, “The City of Ontario is a desirable place to live because of its people, and it’s a natural hub for industry and commerce. The property’s location within mixed-used urban lifestyle districts positions it well for new construction, and we’re very excited about the possibilities it provides.”

The site is located between Archibald and Merrill Avenues, within the Ontario Ranch masterplan. Land development is expected to begin in early 2019, and sales slated for mid 2020.
