Landlord Rep O’Hara Joins NKF’s Leasing Team

Jessica O’Hara has joined NKF’s Chicago team as director. Previously a senior associate with CBRE, O’Hara has specialized in representing multi-tenant office building owners over the past six years.

In her new role, O’Hara will focus on leasing and marketing three such multi-tenant properties: the venerable 33 N. LaSalle, and the newly-constructed towers at 625 W. Adams and 151 N. Franklin. During her time as a member of CBRE’s landlord representation group, O’Hara completed over one million square feet in transactions while advising clients on lease-up strategies.

Among other transactions while with CBRE, O’Hara executed the 277,000-square-foot restructure with HERE at 100 N. Riverside, and the successful lease up of 150 N. Wacker Drive. She’s now a member of an NKF leasing team that includes Bill Rolander, Jon Cordell, Jason Houze and Josh Kellerman.
