Lakeview East Mixed-Use Trades to Local Buyer

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of 2827-2829 N. Clark, a 6,396-square foot mixed-use property in the North Side’s Lakeview East neighborhood. The asset went from contract to close in 71 days, and sold for $1,680,000.

Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, both SVPs of investments with Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, sold the property on behalf of the undisclosed seller. Weisenbeck and Sharko also procured the unidentified local buyer.

The property is 215 feet from the busy intersection of Clark, Diversey & Broadway, a commercial epicenter of the Lakeview neighborhood.
