Laguna Hills Mall Getting Transformed

Laguna Hills is a luxurious community, but it’s major mall hasn’t kept up the pace of the posh residential atmosphere. That is set to change.

Laguna Hills Mall is being transformed into a lifestyle center. The center is already anchored by Macy’s and Nordstrom Rack and has about 100 specialty stores.

Owned by MerloneGeier Partners, renovations on the asset are expected to take place in the next few years.

The city will also be making infrastructure improvements on the main street near the mall, El Toro Road.
