LACBA Honors Late Phillip Nicholson with Lifetime Achievement Award

The Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) has chosen to present the Ira Yellin Lifetime Achievement Award in memory of Cox, Castle & Nicholson’s founding partner, the late Phillip Nicholson. The award is rarely presented but is given to those dedicated to the real estate industry and the community.

Nicholoson’s skill and integrity inspired his peers and laid out the foundation in which his firm was built upon. Having served as strategic counsel on numerous projects and member on various organizations, he was also nationally recognized for his work in complex real estate transactions and litigation. Nicholoson’s impressive resume makes him an ideal candidate for this honorable recognition.

Recently, LACBA also recognized Cox, Castle & Nicholson’s Dennis Wu with the Real Estate Property Section’s Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. He’s viewed as a born leader and is a highly respected transactional real estate attorney in the Los Angeles area.
