Lab Equipment Maker Signs BTS in Lincolnshire

Heathrow Scientific has signed a build-to-suit agreement at 325 Marriott Dr. in Lincolnshire, IL, for 186,616 square feet. The property broke ground in July of this year, shortly after Heathrow Scientific announced that it would relocate from Vernon Hills, and the company will take occupancy in April 2019.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Brett Kroner, Keith Puritz and Eric Fischer represented Heathrow, a manufacturer of bench top equipment and lab essentials.

The Cushman & Wakefield team is also acting as leasing agent on the remaining 68,589 square feet, with delivery next spring. The available space includes 36-foot clear ceilings, frontage on Half Day Road and six exterior docks, said to be ideal for warehouse/distribution, assembly and light manufacturing uses.

“We are confident our business and employees will enjoy their new home as well as the amenities within and adjacent to the building,” said Heathrow CEO James Woldenberg.
