L.A. Arts District Gets More Activity With Big Sale
Things are heating up in Los Angeles’ Arts District. New renovations and sales seem to happen regularly and are pumping up the area.
Well, we have a new one in the L.A. Arts District. A mixed-use building at the 929 East 2nd St. address, also called the Challenge Cream and Butter building, was just purchased for $21.6 million by a group called EST4TE FOUR. The seller was Thirty By Investments, in a deal brokered by CBRE for the buyer, and Metro Resources repped the seller.
929 East 2nd St. is two floors and totals 44,547 square feet. The building was built in the 1920s.
For CBRE, Brandon Gill, Brandon Burns and Jae Yoo were the brokers. Dave Stahl handled the deal from the Metro Resources end, representing Thirty By Investments.
