Kushner’s 635K-SF Plan for Brooklyn

The famous Watchtower complex in Brooklyn will become 635,000 square feet of redeveloped office and retail space under a plan released May 31 by Columbia Heights Associates, a partnership between CIM Group, LIVWRK Holdings and Kushner Companies.

The five buildings at 25-30 Columbia Heights will offer “the best visibility and views in New York City,” said Asher Abehsera of Columbia Heights Associates, which bought the complex in 2016 from the Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Renamed “the Panorama,” the space will feature 11-foot ceilings, public arts and culture spaces, 35,000 square feet of retail serving the tenants and the neighborhood, and 20 outdoor terraces, some private and some public.
