Kushner Buys Quail Ridge Apartments (Again)
Kushner Companies paid $190 million for Quail Ridge Apartments, a 52-acre garden apartment community in Plainsboro, NJ, near Princeton. It’s the second time that Kushner has owned the property, which it sold 11 years ago, reportedly to help pay for its purchase of the New York City office tower at 666 Fifth Ave.
“Quail Ridge presents an outstanding opportunity to continue the expansion of our multi-family portfolio, while helping to improve an already great community,” said Laurent Morali, president of Kushner.
The property includes 1,032 apartments, which works out to a price of $184,000 per unit. Kushner bought the property from Angelo, Gordon & Co.
