KPMG Launches 2019 PropTech Survey

National  + Weekender  |

Global accounting firm KPMG has launched the 2019 edition of their PropTech survey, a review of the pace of digital transformation and change in the real estate industry. The survey also offers organizations the opportunity to benchmark against their peers.

The 2018 survey revealed a gap between acceptance of digital and action, according to KPMG. This year’s edition explores the reasons why digital adoption has been slow.

“The questionnaire looks at the challenges real estate companies face when attempting to implement transformation programs and new technology solutions” KPMG said of the report on their website. “It also investigates the attitudes of those responsible for digital in regards to property as a service, customer-centricity, data-led decision making and cyber security.”
