Knotel Leases at Nine Times Square
Knotel has leased three full floors at 200 West 41st St, the office tower also known as Nine Times Square.
“This lease with Knotel brings the building’s occupancy to nearly 70%,” said Eric Cagner, senior managing director for Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), representing landlord American Realty Capital New York City REIT (NYCR).
Since NYCR’s acquisition of the property, it has repositioned both the office space and retail space at the tower. It created a building-wide, pre-build program. Knotel fits right into that plan. “They are the type of innovative, growing company that NYCR originally set out to attract when developing the pre-build program at the building,” said Cagner.
