Knotel Adds 100K SF to Portfolio with 5 Deals

Knotel has finalized five leases totaling 99,486 square feet in Midtown South and Lower Manhattan. In the largest transaction, the agile workspace provider signed up for 37,868 square-foot lease at OTB’s 220 W. 19th St. in Chelsea.

Elie Reiss of Skylight Leasing represented Knotel. The 220 W. 19th landlord was represented by PD Properties LLC.

Knotel also signed a 30,334-square-foot lease at TriBeCa Associates’ 30 Broad St. NKF’s Andrew Peretz, Hal Stein, David Malawer and Daniel Appel represented TriBeCa. Reiss again represented Knotel.

Knotel also completed these deals:

• 12,425 square feet at 399 Lafayette St. NKF’s Michael Morris and Greg DiGioia represented Knotel, while NKF’s Barrett Stern advised landlord Fisher Realty/Astor Wines.

• 11,498 square feet at Condo Structures 22 W. 21st Street. Reiss again represented Knotel; Prime Manhattan Realty’s Jonathan Anapol and Chris Bellino represented ownership.

• 7,361 square feet at Justin Management’s 115 W. 30th St. No brokers were involved.
