Klosed Cuts a Pair of Deals in Brooklyn
Klosed Properties acquired 940 Fulton St, in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn and 277 Nostrand Ave. in Bed-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn for a total of $1,200,000.
940 Fulton is a retail condo, with 950 square feet. The retail space is leased to Bed-Stuy Fish, a casual, Southern-style seafood eatery.
277 Nostrand is also a retail condo, at 465 square feet. The retail space is leased to Cinnamon Girl, a chain coffee shop and bakery with locations across the Brooklyn area.
Steven Kachanian, managing principal at Klosed Properties, worked alongside Jacob Namdar, managing director of acquisitions, and Adam Hajibai, VP of acquisitions.
Despite the uncertain COVID-19 market, Kachanian and the Klosed team have closed on 13 properties, including $17,865,000 closed and $16,729,000 in contract. Hajibai said, “This deal was a package deal that showcased Klosed’s ability to move quickly during a trying time in the market.”
