KLNB Brokers $5M Sale of Retail Center in Prince George County

Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate brokerage firm KLNB has arranged the $5.1 million sale of Livingston Square Shopping Center, an 11-acre retail center in Maryland’s Prince George County.

The center, which is currently anchored by a Giant Foods supermarket, is slated to be redeveloped. Plans for the redevelopment include a newly constructed 43,000-square-foot Giant Food grocery store, drive-thru pad restaurant locations for McDonald’s, KFC and Taco Bell, as well as 20,100 square feet of newly constructed retail space in two buildings. The redeveloped Giant Food will provide a variety of new selections and services including more organic produce and a new and larger Natural Food department as well as a full-service pharmacy.

Andy Stape and Vito Lupo of KLNB represented the seller, Washington Oxon Hill LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was Fort Washington Livingston LLC.
