Kiser Group Promotes D’Agostino to Senior Director

There’s still time to join us for Connect Apartments on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.

Kiser Group has promoted Michael D’Agostino (pictured) from director to senior director . D’Agostino, who focuses his brokerage efforts on the North Side, has arranged $173 million in transactions since joining Kiser in 2015.

His notable closings include the $71-million sale of Advenir at Saddle Rock in Denver, and the $11.2-million sale of 167 affordable units in the North Side’s Bucktown and Logan Square neighborhoods. Currently, D’Agostino is brokering 1140 N. LaSalle, a 250-unit condominium deconversion that is under contract.

“Michael has developed expertise in numerous types of multifamily—traditional, affordable, condo deconversion, SRO—and continues to perfect his practice,” said Lee Kiser, principal and managing broker at Kiser Group. “Michael is passionate about Kiser Group and his profession. We are grateful he is part of our team.”
