Kidz Village Comes to Jersey City Shopping Center

Kidz Village has leased 14,000 square feet of retail space at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City.

“This entertainment-oriented destination will be an excellent draw for the property, and a wonderful community amenity for families with youngsters,” said E.J. Moawad, leasing representative for owner Levin Management Corporation (LMC).

Other tenants at the 94,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center at Garfield Ave. and West 55th St. include Aqui Market, Retro Fitness, Everything $.99, Wendy’s, Popeye’s Chicken (opening soon) and Dunkin Donuts. Availabilities range from 1,400 to 8,350 square feet.
