Kid-Friendly Tenant Roster a First for Morris County Retail

HUDSON’s Jason Gerbsman and Jillian Roe are marketing the last 12,000 square feet of available space at Denville Commons, a 75,000-square-foot Morris County shopping center in Denville, NJ. Ownership is seeking high-end service and kids-oriented concepts to fill the balance of the vacancies, in keeping with the roster that Gerbsman and Roe have arranged.

“This is an amazing project, and the first kids-oriented shopping center to hit Morris County, and possibly New Jersey,” said Gerbsman. “The exciting new lineup at Denville Commons is a family-friendly tenant mix of best-in-class national franchises. Each of the tenants are all incredible amenities in their own right.”

Already on the tenant roster are kid-friendly and family-focused retailers including Goldfish Swim School, Kidville, Bach 2 Rock, Code Ninja, Hand & Stone and Orange Theory Fitness. Two of the remaining spaces may be combined for a total of 4,950 square feet at the center’s main entrance.
