Kidder Mathews Team Earns SIOR Investment Team of Year Honors

Kidder Mathews’ brokers Jason Rosauer, Rob Anderson, and Kristyn Krueger were named Investment Team of the Year by the Washington State Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). The awards recognize leading brokers in the commercial real estate industry for outstanding achievements in client representation, transactional volume, and community involvement.

Rosauer is an EVP and shareholder in Kidder Mathews, and an elected member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He is consistently ranked as a top producer for the Seattle-based brokerage, and in 2018 and 2019, he was named Washington State Chapter’s SIOR Investment Broker of the Year.

Anderson is an SVP and shareholder at Kidder Mathews. He joined Rosauer in 2012 to form an investment team that specializes in office, industrial, land development, retail, and waterfront site sales. Last year, they were recognized in Connect Media’s Top 10 National Brokers awards. Investment broker Kristyn Krueger joined the team in 2018.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
