Kidder Mathews Tapped for Lake Forest Assignment
Kidder Mathews was selected by the City of Lake Forest to manage its new 103,330-square-foot Civic Center complex. The facility is located on 8.13 acres at 100 Civic Center Dr.
The public building will serve as the Orange County city’s “100-Year Home,” and will be the civic heart and social center of the city. The center will offer a new place for people to conduct business and access community activities. In addition to housing police services and municipal administrative offices, the Civic Center will include a community center for public classes, a senior center, and a performing arts theater.
The Civic Center complex is all new construction, and LEED Silver certified. It is Lake Forest’s first permanent city hall and built without taking on debt.
The assignment will be managed by Kidder Mathews’ Irvine regional office, with Diane Clark leading the property management team.
