Kidder Mathews Creates West Coast Client Services Role, Appoints Paul Klink to Lead

Kidder Mathews promoted Paul Klink to President of its new Client Services endeavor, which will focus on expanding the firm’s client relationships across all service lines. Klink will tap into his 35 years of providing local and institutional clients the entire suite of commercial real estate services, encompassing brokerage, property and asset management, valuation advisory, and consulting.

He will be based in the firm’s Orange County and San Diego offices but will serve the entire West Coast. Klink will also focus on recruiting strategic brokerage talent.

Kidder Mathews’ Bill Frame says, “With Paul’s well-rounded background and strong institutional and local client connections, he is a great fit to oversee the coordination of our robust service offerings and expand the delivery of services to our clients.”

Klink joined Kidder Mathews last summer from Newmark, where he focused on expanding the firm’s industrial capabilities and recruiting top talent. Previously, he served at Cushman & Wakefield.
