Kidder Mathews Acquires Wessex Service Co.
Kidder Mathews acquired the assets of Wessex Service Co., a property management firm headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. The acquisition is part of Kidder Mathews’ West Coast expansion. Wessex has a portfolio of 535,000 square feet of commercial space and 14 owner associations. The company has provided property management services in the Phoenix market for more than 30 years.
Mike DiDomenico, former Wessex owner and principal, will join Kidder Mathews as senior vice president and market leader for property management operations in the company’s Phoenix office. His responsibilities will encompass diversified asset management, directing Kidder Mathews’ property management teams, client development and support and service delivery quality control. DiDomenico has more than 30 years in the industry, including executive positions with the Rubin Cos. and Venwest Properties.
“Mike’s relationships and reputation in the Phoenix market, combined with his professional expertise will be invaluable to our growth plans in Arizona,” said Kidder Mathews’ Keith Kaiser.
