Kevin Hatcher Joins CBRE from Colliers

CBRE’s East Bay Industrial group expanded with the addition of a veteran broker who brings nearly 15 years of CRE dealmaking and finance experience. Kevin Hatcher joins from Colliers International as SVP of industrial and logistics in the brokerage’s Oakland office.

Hatcher has completed more than 500 lease and sale transactions with total consideration exceeding $3 billion. He’s worked with such companies as The Sobrato Organization, Overton Moore, LaSalle Investment Management, Industrial Property Trust, Stockbridge, Terreno Realty Corporation, Prologis, Clarion Partners and Westcore Properties.

Hatcher will work closely with CBRE’s East Bay Industrial group, including Bob Ferraro and Mike Barry, and report to David Brennan.

Brennan says, “Kevin Hatcher’s addition reinforces our commitment to continue to build out our robust industrial team to meet this rapidly growing demand in the East Bay.”
