Kennedy Wilson Taps Bruce Carlson for Bay Area Leadership Role

Beverly Hills, CA-based Kennedy Wilson hired Bruce Carlson as managing director of property services, with a focus on expanding the commercial brokerage platform in Northern California. He joins Kennedy Wilson Property Services with more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience as well as a successful track record in development, entitlement, capital markets and corporate services.

He most recently held positions at Steelhead Real Estate Partners, Chicago Title Company, NKF and Legacy Partners. That experience will be leveraged to oversee broker recruitment and regional business development throughout the greater San Francisco Bay area.

Carlson has sourced and completed roughly $9 billion in transactions, including assignments from Converse, Pets.com, Miller Brewing Company, Dole, and Costco. Notable assignments included handling transactions for The Orvis Company for more than 20 years, retail expansion, multiple distribution facilities and a 150,000-square-foot HQ relocation for The North Face, Inc., as well as playing a role in Cost Plus’ corporate HQ relocation to Oakland.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
