Kennedy Wilson Delivers Wine Country MF

The first residents are moving into their new homes at Kennedy Wilson’s 38° North, a newly constructed apartment community in Santa Rosa, CA. The 120-unit community is nestled against Taylor Mountain Regional Park at 1020 Kawana Springs Rd in Sonoma County.

The apartments are spread across five buildings offering one-bedroom homes and two-bedroom homes featuring Smart Home technology, including keyless entry, and designer finishes. Amenities include a 4,177-square-foot clubhouse with multiple lounges and game areas as well as a gourmet coffee bar. Residents have access to a resort-style pool and spa, indoor and outdoor fireside lounges, an outdoor kitchen, a 24-hour cardio and weight center, dog park, tot lot and community gardens.

Eighteen of the units will be reserved for residents with incomes at or below 50% to 60% of Area Median Incomes.

Kennedy Wilson plans to build a second phase of the apartment community that is expected to include 172 one and two-bedroom units.
