Kennedy Wilson Could Shutter Texas Brokerage

Kennedy Wilson will reportedly begin closing down brokerage operations throughout Texas this year. The Beverly Hills, CA company currently has one broker operating in Houston, Dallas and Austin, and 10 brokers in its San Antonio office.

Leasing and management operations, situated in San Antonio, will remain operational.

Sources note that Texas’ volatile market is contributing to the company’s possible decision to pull brokerage operations out of the state.
