Los Angeles-based Kennedy Wilson Multifamily acquired Apache Station Apartments in Tempe for $69.75 million. Danville, CA-based Green Leaf Partners sold the 400-unit apartment complex at 2323 E. Apache Blvd.
The 387,532-square-foot property is spread across nineteen three-story residential buildings on 18.47 acres. The floorplan is a mix of 192 one-bedroom/one-bath units, 132 two-bedroom/two-bath units and 76 three-bedroom/two-bath units with in-unit washers and dryers.
The gated community has two pools with cabana influenced grilling areas, and a new-age fitness facility. The property was built in 2000 and is located across from Tempe’s new light rail tram and near ASU.
CBRE Capital Markets delivered $38,901,000 in new debt for the acquisition.
