Kearny Real Estate In Major San Diego Office Buy

Kearny Real Estate just purchased Mission Center Office Park, in that area of San Diego, for $29.2 million. The seller of the 181,000-square-foot office complex was TA Associates, out of Boston.

The largest tenant in the two-building structure is reportedly the County of San Diego.

Mission Center is benefitting from plenty of development in the area. There is 10,000 residential units in the works and 500,000 square feet of retail under development that’s expected to come online by 2020.

Mission Center Office Park was built in 1975 and renovated 30 years later. CBRE and JLL were the brokers on the deal for both the buyer and seller.
