KBS Inks 32K-SF Renewal at Tigard, OR Office Park
Newport Beach, CA-based KBS Realty Advisors renewed 32,455 square feet worth of leases to Precoa, Inc. at Triangle Corporate Park III in Tigard, OR. The five-story, Class A office building, at 13221 SW 68th Pkwy., is comprised of 127,504 rentable square feet.
KBS’ Clint Copulos says “We are proud to continue our lasting relationship with a stellar tenant like Precoa. This relationship speaks to the footing our tenants have made in the market, as well as the support and amenities they receive at the property.”
Amenities at the property include ample parking, a private basketball court, showers, a café and loading docks. Triangle Corporate Park III is located within the Tigard Triangle, providing access to Interstate 5 and Highway 217, as well as the nearby Kruse Way neighborhood.
JLL’s Matthew Ryer represented the tenant, and CBRE’s Trevor Kafoury advised the landlord.
