Karinna Cassidy Takes Asset Services Lead at CushWake in SoCal, Texas

Cushman & Wakefield promoted Karinna Cassidy, Senior Managing Director, to lead the Southern California and Texas markets for Asset Services. Cassidy will oversee the firm’s management of nearly 100 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail product in Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Ventura County, San Diego, Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.

She will also partner with Asset Services city leads in those markets on business development pursuits, recruiting, and furthering the firm’s focus on operational excellence. She will report to Sandra Boyle, Executive Managing Director, who was recently appointed to the role of West Region Lead for Asset Services.

Cassidy brings more than 30 years of experience, including work for both landlords and tenants on areas such as agency leasing and lease administration, as well as property and construction management. She previously served as Cushman & Wakefield’s City Lead for its Greater Los Angeles market.

Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
