Kaizen Development Unveils Link at Uptown

Kaizen Development Partners, which has been developing One Bethany and the Net Scout office buildings in Allen, TX, announced plans for a mixed-use tower in Dallas’ Uptown submarket. The 22-story, 300,000-square-foot tower, dubbed Link at Uptown, will include office space, along with two restaurants, an outdoor terrace, fitness center and conferencing center.

The planned high-rise will be built on a one-acre tract the developer acquired from Dallas businessman Mark Karns. The property, currently occupied by a church and vacant office building, is next to the new Union development on Akard Street, just north of downtown Dallas.
