Kaizen Development Begins Work on One Bethany West

Following the success of its developments, One Bethany at Watters Creek and One Bethany East in Allen, TX, Kaizen Development Partners has begun work on One Bethany West. The 200,000-square-foot speculative office building is scheduled to deliver in Q1 2020.

JLL’s Blake Shipley and Chris Doggett are leading the marketing and leasing efforts for the eight-story facility at One Bethany at Watters Creek. BOKA Powell is the project architect, and Balfour Beatty the general contractor of the project, which is on Bethany Drive near U.S. 75.

One Bethany West’s amenities will include a tenant lounge, conference center, fitness center, a golf simulator and men’s and women’s locker rooms, with showers. Tenants will also have immediate access to the new Watters Creek Convention Center and Delta Hotels by Marriott.
