Kairoi Residential Hired to Manage Tribute at the Rim

Less than five months after Passco Cos. entered San Antonio with its buy of Tribute at the Rim, the California owner retained Kairoi Residential to manage the 380-unit, Class A apartment complex. Sister company Kairoi Development built and sold the asset at 5810 Worth Pkwy. The complex was stabilized in early 2019, ahead of budget.

According to Kairoi Residential’s Kari Warren, the company began offering third-party management earlier in 2019, as well. “We had a winning formula and found that we were a good fit with forward-thinking companies such as Passco,” she said. Added Passco’s Shelli Cusack: “Kairoi builds a beautiful product and nailed the market with Tribute.”

In addition to the complex’s amenities, it is located in the mixed-use, high-end development known as The Rim.
