JV to Launch Construction on Legacy on the Promenade

Legacy Partners and Diamond Realty Investments Inc. will soon develop Legacy on the Promenade in Westminster, CO. When the $75-million project is complete in fall 2018, it will have 276 apartment units and 24 townhomes. Humphreys & Partners Architects is the project designer.

The apartments will average 923 square feet, and residents will have access to an internal-structured parking garage. The townhomes will have attached two-car garages, and 12 of the townhomes will be live/work spaces, ideal for small business owners. Additional amenities will include a garden courtyard, pool and outdoor kitchen, fitness center, lounge areas and a business center.

Legacy on the Promenade will be part of the Westminster Promenade mixed-use development off U.S. 36 and north of West 104th Avenue. Anchors include the Butterfly Pavilions, a 24-screen AMC movie theater, as well as the Westin Westminster hotel and restaurants.
