JV Snags Orlando Office Portfolio for $50M

Crocker Partners and PCCP have acquired Resource Square One and Three, a two-building office portfolio in Orlando as part of a joint venture. The sales price was $50.4 million.

Resource Square One and Three are located at 13501 Ingenuity Dr., and 12001 Research Pkwy., within Orlando’s Central Florida Research Park, Florida’s largest research park. Resource Square One is a three-story, 91,890-square-foot building constructed in 1999. Resource Square Three is a 153,221-square-foot, five-story building built in 2003. Both properties are fully leased.

Ike Ojala, Hermen Rodriguez, Robbie McEwan and Matt McCormack of JLL represented the seller, TerraCap Management, in the transaction. Additionally, Maxx Carney and Reid Carleton of JLL secured acquisition financing for Crocker and PCCP.
