JV Secures 110K-SF of Leases at Logistics Center Near Baltimore

A joint venture partnership between Atapco Properties Inc. and Chesapeake Real Estate Group has secured two leases totaling 110,000 square feet of space at 5301 Nottingham Dr., a 165,000-square-foot industrial property in the White Marsh section of Baltimore County.

Velux USA, a market leader in skylights, roof windows and other products, signed a lease for a 65,000 square feet of showroom and distribution center space, and was represented by Brian Kuger of NKF. KCI Technologies, a locally-based engineering, planning and construction services firm, signed a 45,000-square-foot warehouse lease, and were represented by Mark Deering of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services. Matt Laraway and Ed Brady of Chesapeake Real Estate Group represented the landlord partnership in both transactions.

The property is located within Nottingham Ridge Logistics Center, which offers more than 750,000 square feet of Class A industrial space. The property is being developed on the former Paragon Outlets Baltimore site overlooking Interstate 95.
