JV Claims Another Olympus Office Trophy
A joint venture between Barker Pacific Group and WHI Real Estate Partners acquired its second project in Roseville, CA’s Olympus Corporate Center. The $33.9-million transaction involves four multi-tenant office buildings totaling 195,665 square feet.
Located at 3001, 3005, 3009, and 3013 Douglas Blvd., Olympus Corporate Center consists of four two- and three-story buildings in Roseville’s highly desirable Douglas Corridor. The campus includes amenities such as an on-site fitness center and conference room.
The property boasts a mix of tenants, including Direct Technology, Granite Bay Development, KB Home, Gallelli Real Estate, Orange Hook, and UBS.
The deal was brokered by Palmer Capital. Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Chris Lemmon and Zac Collie are handling the leasing.
Last year, the Barker-WHI JV acquired the 182,302-square-foot Lava Ridge Business Center in Roseville for $27.6 million.
