JV Acquires Three Metro Atlanta Medical Office Buildings

National healthcare real estate development company Anchor Health Properties and Carlyle Group have acquired three medical office buildings totaling 110,000 square feet in Newnan and Woodstock as part of a joint venture. The sales price was undisclosed.

The properties include Newnan Professional Center I & II, 2401 and 2301 Newnan Crossing Blvd. in Newnan, as well as 250 Parkbrooke Pl. in Woodstock. The Newnan properties were built in 2013 and 2018, and are anchored by Piedmont Healthcare-owned and related practices, as well as Resurgens Orthopaedics and DaVita. The Woodstock property was built in 2009, and is anchored by Northside Pediatrics and North Atlanta Primary Care.
