Juul Labs Takes Down 62K SF at 210 South Lamar

Juul Labs Inc., the manufacturer and distributor of electronic cigarettes, inked an office deal for 62,749 square feet at 210 South Lamar, a mixed-use development on South Lamar Boulevard in Austin. The space, which will open in 2020, will serve as a regional office for the San Francisco-headquartered company. It also effectively fills the entire office component of the mixed-use development in Central Austin.

The three-floor, 77,395-square-foot property at 2010 S. Lamar Blvd. is an urban core development being marketed by CBRE. Sackman Enterprises was the developer of the project, which features ground-floor commercial space, in addition to the office space. Sixthriver Architects was the designer.
