JRK Property Holdings Acquires 538-Unit MF Property in Gaithersburg

JRK Property Holdings has acquired Cadence at Crown, a 538-unit multifamily community in Gaithersburg, MD. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 113 Ellington Blvd., the property consists of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units averaging 863 square feet. Units feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and oversized windows. The property was built to LEED standards with energy-efficient appliances, water-saving fixtures and overall sustainability in mind. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, conference room, gaming lounge, pet spa, bike racks and electronic vehicle charging stations.

Walter Coker, Brian Crivella and Robert Jenkins of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
