JPI Joins $325 Million Grapevine Development
Multifamily developer JPI has joined the $325 million Silver Lake Crossings project in Grapevine, TX.
The Irving-based firm will build a 371-unit community within the mixed-use development located along SH-26, near the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. JHP Architecture designed the $80 million three- and four-story apartment buildings, collectively named Jefferson Silver Lake. The structures will be joined by multiple hotels, and more than 45,000 square feet of retail space.
JPI’s Matt Brendel told the Dallas Morning News the company had been working on the deal for nearly two years.
