John Moe Joins Colliers in Bay Area Leadership Role

Colliers U.S. expanded its leadership team in the Bay Area with the addition of John C. Moe, who joins as Executive Managing Director and the new leader of its San Francisco and San Francisco Peninsula offices. Moe brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience including most recently serving as Market Managing Director for the Pacific Northwest region and Managing Director of Investments in the Western region for EQ Office, a Blackstone portfolio company.

He will lead the day-to-day management and operations of the two offices, and oversee capital markets and agency leasing businesses, as well as the strategic collaboration with Colliers Real Estate Management Services group, across Northern California.

Moe has experience leading teams in asset management, property operations, leasing, sourcing and underwriting acquisitions and dispositions, project management and construction management. He previously held leadership positions with DivcoWest Group, Cornerstone Properties and Maguire Thomas Partners.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
