John Fischer Joins Standard Communities in L.A.
Los Angeles-based Standard Communities expanded its leadership team with the addition of John Fischer, who joins the firm as Managing Director of Asset Management. He will be based in Standard’s Los Angeles office.
Fischer is a well-established multifamily housing industry veteran, having served in multi-disciplinary managerial capacities with other large multi-family owners and investors including Aimco, Highridge Costa, TruAmerica Multifamily and Compass Acquisition Partners.
This is the most recent of the nine new hires made by Standard in 2020, including five in the last two months. This significant staff growth, an increase of 20% this year, mirrors Standard’s success in creating, preserving and improving affordable housing.
