JLL’s Hayley Shoener: Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year
The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) named the Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year, with the Rookie Award going to JLL’s Hayley Shoener. Shoener collected her prize at the REBNY Members’ Luncheon on March 15, 2017.
“JLL relies on her acumen, and has confidence in her ability to represent the firm in any setting,” said Peter Riguardi, president of the New York Tri-State Region for JLL.
As an associate in JLL’s New York brokerage practice specializing in tenant representation and agency leasing, Shoener currently represents 3.4 million square feet of office space in Manhattan, including the agency leasing assignment for 437 Madison Avenue.
Since joining JLL in 2013, Shoener has been instrumental in completing nearly one million square feet of transactions for such notable clients as Saba Capital Management, Canyon Capital, Suffolk Capital Management, and Noble Capital.
