JLL Will Lease Up Lillibridge’s Central IN Portfolio

JLL has been selected to lease the central Indiana medical office building portfolio of Lillibridge Healthcare Services. The 11-building portfolio encompasses 786,000 square feet of Class A medical-use space on four hospital campuses in Indianapolis, Carmel and Anderson, IN.

The addition of this portfolio brings JLL’s Indianapolis healthcare leasing portfolio to approximately 1.2 million square feet. JLL SVP Bruce Gordon will lead leasing and marketing efforts on the project.

“The physical environment of care is key to the delivery of quality healthcare, and a high-caliber workplace is crucial to the retention of healthcare talent,” said Gordon. “We look forward to partnering with Lillibridge to provide best-in-class environments where physicians and healthcare practitioners can focus fully on their core competency of delivering outstanding patient care.”

Headquartered in Chicago, Lillibridge has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of healthcare REIT Ventas since 2010. Its current portfolio runs to over 200 MOBs nationally.
