JLL Team Markets Upper East Side Residential

JLL Capital Markets was retained to market 431 E. 87th St., a newly-constructed, 17-unit apartment building on the Upper East Side. The asking price is $14,450,000.

The JLL professionals overseeing the sale assignment include Tom Gammino, Chris Skitch, Jeremy Simon and Connor Murphy.

“431 E. 87th offers a prospective buyer a unique opportunity to acquire an entirely market rate, newly-constructed residential property,” said Gammino. “The building is conveniently located in the heart of the city’s prestigious Upper East Side, with access to some of the area’s best cultural institutions.”

The seven-story 431 E. 87th was completed in 2019 and includes six two-bedroom units, 10 one-bedroom units and one studio apartment. The apartments feature condominium-style finishes, and the property is steps away from the East 86th Street retail corridor as well as transportation options to Manhattan’s main employment corridors.
