JLL Tapped to Lease MOB Tower in Texas Medical Center

JLL was recently selected to market and lease 6624 Fannin Tower in the Texas Medical Center.

Owned by Texas Children’s Hospital, the 27-story building, recognizable by its twin spire-topped octagonal towers, was built in 1991. It features almost 450,000 square feet of medical space and is home to nearly 30 institutional and private practices.

6624 Fannin Tower is located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center, convenient to both a METRO light rail and bus stop and offering valet and garage parking for patients and guests.

“JLL is proud to work with Texas Children’s Hospital on this project,” said Chris Wadley, head of JLL’s healthcare advisory practice in Texas. “6624 Fannin Tower is a wonderful facility for any medical practice or research organization looking for walkability within the TMC.”

Wadley and JLL’s Mallory Douthit are leading the leasing assignment. JLL also manages the property on behalf of Texas Children’s.
