JLL Secures 36K-SF Lease with Powerhouse Gym in Downtown Miami

JLL has secured a 36,000-square-foot lease with Powerhouse Gym to bring the fitness chain to the MiamiCentral mixed-use project in downtown Miami.

Powerhouse Gym currently has 300 licensees in 39 states, including locations across the state of Florida. This location will be the first to serve downtown Miami. MiamiCentral is a live-work-play destination with multiple transportation and dining options. The project is comprised of luxury residences, a Class-A office building and 130,000 square feet of retail space. In addition, MiamiCentral is the flagship station for Brightline Trains, which expects to be a complete route to Orlando in 2022.
