JLL Inks Trio of Deals for 300K SF at 875 Third

JLL has completed three leases, including two relocations, totaling 300,000 square feet on behalf of Global Holdings Management Group at 875 Third Ave. Deutsche Bank’s asset management arm, DWS Group, will relocate from 345 Park Ave. to occupy 82,000 square feet of space at the 700,000-square foot property.

Law firm Epstein Becker & Green P.C. will relocate from 250 Park Ave. into 80,000 square feet at 875 Third. Additionally, Cerberus Capital Management has signed a renewal and expansion, increasing its footprint from 119,000 to 132,000 square feet.

875 Third was represented by JLL’s Paul N. Glickman, Diana L. Biasotti and Harley Dalton, while the firm’s Craig Panzirer represented Global Holdings. JLL’s Peter Riguardi, Ken Siegel, Michael Berg and Jeff Szczapa negotiated for DWS.

Epstein Becker & Green was represented by Savills Studley’s Jeffrey Peck and Dan Horowitz. NKF’s David Falk, Eric Cagner and Jason Greenstein represented Cerberus.
